Mr. Terry E. Foskey, Sr. Program Manager
Mr. Foskey has 30 years of professional experience within the Department of Defense in various engineering, maintenance, tactics, and financial management positions. During the last 10 years he has performed many critical roles for PMS 317 program management, ship acquisition, change management, engineering, logistics and configuration management. His experience includes development of US Navy life cycle management, ship acquisition, and full service center contracts. For the last five years he has been providing support to the PMS 317 Technical Director and Ship Design Manager in the area of engineering. Mr. Foskey works as a adjunct instructor for Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and provides instruction in Strategic Management, Operations Management, and Logistics Management. Mr. Foskey earned his Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics in 1997 at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and a Master of Business Administration in 1999 at William Carey University.
Mr. Jeffrey Greenblatt, Senior Systems Engineer
Mr. Greenblatt has over 27 years of professional experience related to marine machinery control systems acquisition, specification, algorithm development, modeling/simulation, and dynamic analysis. His responsibilities have included technical authority and project management for systems engineering, control systems analysis and design engineering, propulsion systems dynamic analysis, real-time simulation development, and requirements analysis and development. He is currently supporting the LHD 8 program as a member of the Ship Design Manager’s team. He provides expert assistance for control system design, algorithm development, propulsion system dynamic analysis, and software design and development. Mr. Greenblatt earned his Master Degree in Marine Engineering in 1977 at the University of Michigan and a Professional Degree in Marine Engineering in 1978 at the University of Michigan.
Mr. Timothy R. Sutton, Norfolk Operations Manager
Mr. Sutton has 19 years of professional experience as a support contractor to the Department of Defense in various AIT, Production and management positions. He is a proven leader who merges strategic thinking with a common sense prioritization approach to challenges. Mr. Sutton has a broad base of experience in analyzing data and complex situations to effect good decisions and/or identify trends. He is a goal oriented team player effective at leading, managing, and motivating employees. Mr. Sutton is a versatile team member, adapts to any process or environment, meet deadlines and excels under pressure. Mr. Sutton earned his Associates Degree in Electronics Technology in 1990.
