Michael Gautier, Program Manager                                                             
Mr. Gautier brings 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and petro chemical industry for installation, commissioning, system integration testing and acceptance.
Mr. Gautier started his career working new construction in the shipping industry and moved into the petro chemical plants with some projects being refurbishing in the oil refinery plants.  Since the late 1900's he has been involved with over 39 projects.  These projects include, but are not limited to: Simi-Submersibles 5th and 6th generation, Drillships 5th and 6th generation, Oil Refinery Plants and Chemical Plants.  Michael has contributed to all areas of these projects.

Michael Pipkins, Program Manager                                                             
Mr. Pipkins brings 19 years experience in the industrial and offshore industry. 
Mr. Pipkins started his career in the naval shipyards completing a 4 year apprenticeship program.  Michael has attended various institutes of learning; receiving training in engineering, Auto Cad, computer science, mathematics, and management training.  Michael has been involved with over 30 projects.  These projects include, but are not limited to; Simi-Submersibles 5th and 6th generation, Drillships 5th and 6th generation, Oil Tankers and Naval vessels,  The LCS Class, DDG Class, Egyptian High Speed Missile Craft design are some of the naval vessels that Michael has been involved with, Michael has contributed to all ares of these projects.  Mr. Pipkins has held positions as a Lead Designer, Electrical Superintendent, Commissioning Manager and Senior Commissioning Engineer. This experience provides a better understanding to the project's needs, which allows competent decisions to be made.  Micheal is able to assess the project and identify the weaknesses tools will be developed to remove the weakness and create a strong project. 

Tim R Aycock, Commissioning Engineer
Mr. Aycock brings 18 years of diversified electrical skills, which cover a wide-range of work on offshore oil rigs and US Navy vessels. His extensive experience includes installation, mechanical completion, system testing, start-up, troubleshooting, and equipment repair/adjustments. Mr Aycock’s resume includes startup, commissioning, and quality assurance on the following projects, Simi-Submersibles 5th generation, Drill ship, Naval vessels. The DDG Class, LPD, LHD are some of the naval vessels that Tim has been involved with. Tim has held positions as Electrical Superintendent, Commissioning Engineer, and General foreman.

Clifton Davis, Commissioning Engineer                                 
Mr. Davis brings over 12 years experience in the oil and gas industry. Clifton is an Electrician, with extensive experience in Quality Control (QA/QC) and commissioning experience in the offshore energy industry and other compatible industries. He is well diversified in a wide range of electrical skills, including troubleshooting, automation, motor connection, switchgear connections, motor control center connections, temporary power system sizing and cabling, blue print reading, hi-pot testing, megger testing, high voltage termination, load banking gen-sets and start up commissioning, commissioning packages (which includes “heat runs” to specs), and various aspects of quality assurance.
