Commissioning Services: Our commissioning services team for diversified professionals is committed to making our client’s project delivery as smooth as possible through our proven package design & development program. R&P offers oversight and acceptance testing to include F.A.T witnessing (factory acceptance testing), S.I.T. (System Integration testing), and endurance runs to ensure verification of system and contractual compliance. Accurate tracking, transparency of documentation and R&P's dedicated group of professionals gives clients proven sound systems with reliability and assures system confidence and minimal down time.
Safety Systems: R&P personnel are dedicated to personnel safety. Whether R&P personnel are performing an inspection or commissioning, the design and system operation will be compared to regulatory requirements and client’s safety guidelines. If R&P is involved with the design/test procedure review process, the experience that R&P brings to the table can identify problem areas that many ship/rig designers may miss. R&P personnel have reviewed and help and in some cases, develop FDS (Functional Design Specification), Cause and effect matrix, and ESD (Emergency Shutdown System) systems.

R&P personnel have commissioned many power systems. The power plant and auxiliaries can be overlooked and cause serious problems. R&P understand the importance of these systems. During commissioning, R&P personnel will thoroughly inspect the components. R&P will look into the design characteristics and operation characteristics to ensure the equipment will perform as per design and fulfill industrial standards for longevity. R&P personnel will verify that the fail safes are in place and tested in accordance with design and regulatory requirements.
