Mr. John J. Capriotti, Program Manager
Mr. Capriotti along with Mr. Ryder began R&P Technologies in 2001. Since the inception of R&P Technologies he has supported PMS-317 and PMS-377 in the areas of design, testing and post delivery of new acquisition programs. Prior to R&P Technologies, Mr. Capriotti worked at NSWCCD-SSES Philadelphia as a Project Manager in their Smart Ship Program. In support of the Smart Ship Program, Mr. Capriotti was part of the project team that accomplished the Smart Ship prototype on the USS Yorktown and USS Rushmore. Mr. Capriotti graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 1989, earning his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Mr. Bernard J. Ryder, Technical Director.
Mr. Ryder has extensive work experience in the field of naval ship new acquisition and in-service engineering support in the areas of shipboard power generation, distribution, and control systems; military specification electrical testing, and new technology insertion efforts on shipboard electrical systems, including extensive work on variable speed drive and motor control systems. Mr. Ryder has accumulated over 20 years of relevant experience within the military and commercial industry. He has worked directly for the government, and as an independent consultant. Mr. Ryder earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1991 at Drexel University.

Mr. Keith Churchman, Director of Operations Norfolk
Mr. Churchman has over 25 years of deck plate experience in all facets of Naval Ship Engineering Plant operations while specializing in Electrical Power Distribution Systems. Mr. Churchman provides technical support to new acquisition programs PMS 317 and PMS 377 in design, testing, integration and fleet introduction of the Navy’s newest classes of Amphibious Warships. Prior to R&P Technologies, Mr. Churchman worked as LPD 17 Combined Test Team Electrical Distribution Lead in test development providing Builders and Acceptance Trial support for Supervisor of Ships Gulf Coast East and West operations. Mr. Churchman retired from the United States Navy in 2001

Mr. Andre Guevara, Program Manager LCS
Mr. Guevara has over Twenty Years of progressive experience in Maritime (Surface and Submarine) Modernization, In-Service Engineering and Program/Project Management. Mr. Guevara has provided engineering, technical and logistics solutions and support for a myriad of Ship Systems including Engineering, C5I, and Combat Systems.

This support has included engineering, operation, maintenance, analysis and logistics support in the following areas: Post Delivery new construction support for; Trident Class SSBNs, Arleigh Burke Class DDGs, Ticonderoga Class CGs, Wasp Class LHDs and San Antonio Class LPDs.
Mr Guevara also provides in Service Engineering Support for all classes of active US Navy Ships, MSC vessels and Sea-Going USGC cutters.
