Mr. Paniszczyn re-joined R&P as Director of Business Operations in July 2021, having previously worked at R&P as Director of Business Development from 2016 to 2020. Prior to re-joining R&P, he was the Chief Operating Officer at ICI Services. Mr. Paniszczyn has over 30 years of Government contracting experience in providing professional and engineering support services for Navy programs and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). He has extensive experience in business operations, program management, business development, and bids and proposals. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Engineering from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in 1988.
